Alicia Seaton

I graduated from Illinois State University in 2002 with an Anthropology degree focusing on Zooarchaeology. For the past 15 years I have been working for Wal-Mart Stores Inc. I am currently a Co-Manager in Montgomery, Illinois and have 400 associates that I mentor, manage and care for. I run an $80 million per year store and absolutely love every minute of it.

While attending college, Wal-Mart was not even a thought of mine; however my degree from Illinois State University gave me the power, courage and knowledge to become what I am today. I truly love my job and am able to apply my knowledge daily to help my company, customers and associates.
